Kylie And Kendall Jenner Just Got Sued In LA And Here's Why!
Team Sea And Coast | 08/12/2016

The photographer who shot the Tupac Shakur portraits that Kendall and Kylie Jenner used for their controversial "vintage" T-shirt line has sued the sisters for copyright infringement.

Michael Miller sued the Jenner sisters in a Los Angeles federal court on Friday for using his photograph of rapper Tupac Shakur on T-shirts the sisters sold for $125 each. Miller’s suit states that the Jenners never sought permission to use his photos and are reportedly seeking at least $150,000 apiece for the use of his photos.

The sisters’ brand Kendall + Kylie stopped selling the shirts a few weeks back after the late Notorious B.I.G.'s mother, Voletta Wallace, criticised them for what she believed was their latest marketing tool. She took to social media to address the sisters and captioned an image of one of the shirts with a giant red X over it.
